The Fleet Feet Spring Tri Programs run from the first week of May through the first week of August.
Our Beginner Program places an emphasis on creating a fun, comfortable and motivating atmosphere for learning the fundamentals of swimming, biking, running, transitions, equipment, nutrition, mental preparation and race day planning. We specialize in Beginners!
Our Intermediate Program is designed for triathletes who are seeking to either improve their performance in the Sprint Distance Triathlon or to move up to the Olympic Distance race (.9 mile swim/ 25 mile bike/10k run.)
Our Ironman 70.3 Program is designed for those athletes aspiring to the Half-Ironman distance. Note: Anyone entering the 70.3 program must also register for the Interim Program in March and April.
While there may be varying levels of ability within the program there is an expectation that athletes take responsibility for road safety, knowing the cycling routes (maps will be supplied), and maintenance of their bicycles.

Program Cost: $299 or $279 for any Fleet Feet training program alumni (Please email Coach Brendan for alumni code). Or you can join our annual program that gives you access to All Tri Programs (Interim, Spring, Fall, and Winter, as well as Fleet Feet Running Programs and FFXT.)
Goal Events: Our program has traditionally fielded large contingents at the Iron Girl, Gillie Girl, Delta and Cazenovia Races, and the Syracuse Ironman 70.3, but the choice of race is left up to the athlete. NOTE: The program fee does not include registration to any of theses races; participants are responsible for signing up for the events of their choice.
