  • Properly Fit Running Shoes

  • Sports Bra for High Impact

  • Emergency Contact ID (SmartID or RoadID)

  • Moisture Wicking Socks

  • Moisture Wicking Clothes

  • Hand-held Water Bottle

  • SPIbelt or Flip Belt (for keys, phone, etc.)

  • Gloves/Hat/Jacket (for Colder Days)

  • Sunglasses/Sunscreen/Bug Spray (for Warmer Days)

  • Towel or Yoga Mat (for post-workout stretches)

  • Watch, preferably with interval timer
