Program Details

  • Who: Beginners wanting to learn to run, runners looking to train with a group, those wanting to walk a 5k and kids aged 8 - 12. Healthy fun for your whole family! 
    • NEW this fall: NoBo2 - 10K! Already running 5K distances? REGISTER HERE for the new 10K training program!
    • Note: Kids 5K and Kids in Motion have a separate registration page.
  • When/Where: Saturday mornings, starting September 15th at 8:30am, meeting at Onondaga Lake Park, Griffin Visitor Center
  • How much: $99 for 10 weeks of 5K training and team tech shirt; $120 for 10 weeks of 10K training or $110 for alumni and team tech shirt

The No Boundaries program is designed for those with little to no running experience who would like to complete their first 5K road race. We also have a group for those who have already completed No Boundaries in the past, as well as those interested in walking the 5K. It is a ten-week, coached training program that includes a weekly group run. In addition to the group run, you will be expected to go out twice a week on your own. You will start out with a combination of walking and running, with most participants able to run the full 5K race distance at the end of ten weeks. All participants will receive a team t-shirt.
