Program Details

  • Who: Beginners wanting to learn to run, runners looking to train with a group, walkers, and kids aged 8 - 12. Healthy fun for your whole family!
  • When/Where: Choose one. 
    • Due to the 4th of July holiday, we will begin the summer session at the end of June, not meet for the week of the 4th, and continue our training as usual the following week. Homework and a training plan will be available for the holiday week.
      • Tuesday evenings, starting June 27th, meeting at 5:45pm at Ryder Park at the DeWitt Town Hall or
      • Thursday evenings, starting June 29th, meeting at 5:45pm at Long Branch Park in Liverpool
  • How much: $99 for 10 sessions and team tech shirt or $94 for program alumni (email Coach Mallory for alumni discount code)

The No Boundaries program is designed for those with little to no running experience who would like to complete their first 5K road race. We also have a group for those who have already completed No Boundaries in the past, as well as those interested in walking the 5K. It is a ten-week, coached training program that includes a weekly group run. In addition to the group run, you will be expected to go out twice a week on your own. You will start out with a combination of walking and running, with most participants able to run the full 5K race distance at the end of ten weeks. All participants will receive a team t-shirt.
