Mountain Goat Training Runs

The 2012 Mountain Goat Training Runs will be held on 6 consecutive Saturdays starting March 24th. The training runs are sponsored by Fleet Feet Sports and the Syracuse Track Club. Participants meet at the MOST in Armory Square. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. Instructions are at 8 a.m. and the run starts at 8:05 a.m. Last year over 700 people per week came to the weekly training runs. Pace groups of 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 minutes per mile will be formed. PowerBar Energy stops featuring water and PowerBar Endurance Drink, The Official Energy Drink of The Mountain Goat, will be provided on the course.
