Program Details

  • Who: Anyone looking to run a marathon or similar distance event. Runners of all abilities are welcome!
  • When and Where: Wednesday evenings (long distance speed workout) @ 5:45 p.m. at Onondaga Lake Park and Sunday mornings (long run) @ 8:30 a.m. at Fleet Feet Sports in DeWitt
  • Start Date: February 1st, 2017
  • Pricing: (email Coach Mandy for alumni code)
  • Shirt: An optional program-specific tech shirt is available for $15.
  • Includes: Training plan, and pace group runs. DOES NOT include race entry. 
  • Goal Events: Boston, Flying Pig, Vermont City, Buffalo, etc.

This is a 14-16 week, coached program that prepares you both mentally and physically to run 26.2 miles. You will receive instruction at all group runs, weekly emails from your coach with important tips, and a training schedule. This program will focus on gaining endurance and how to properly prepare for the marathon distance. Train with experienced Coach Mandy (16 time marathoner and Boston Qualifier) and a motivating group of runners with the same goals as you!

*Participants must be able to run 8 miles before committing to this program.

Program Start: February 1st
Program Schedule: Wednesdays at 5:45pm (OLP) and Sundays at 8:30am (FF Dewitt)
Goal Race: Boston, Flying Pig, Vermont City, Buffalo, etc.
Program Fee: $135 or $125 for program alumni
