This program is geared for 6-13 year old beginner runners with the goal of introducing them to running and encouraging a lifetime of health and activity. It features a large and small group atmosphere, teaching the differences between jogging, running, sprinting and allowing youth to develop at their own pace. This is a great program to keep kids active, make new friends and to just have fun!
