Summary:
Mallory coaches the No Boundaries begin to run program sponsored by New Balance. She has helped develop the program into an inclusive setting for those looking to begin running in a safe and healthy format. Since starting her coaching career in 2012, Mallory has added new components to the No Boundaries program, including a walking group for those interesting in building fitness before starting a running plan.

While very active in the high school sports scene, Mallory stepped away from athletics while in college. Getting back into a fitness routine was challenging without the support of organized sports. Fortunately, she found a love for running in 2010 and has been going ever since. Some accomplishments include running the Mountain Goat Run and completing her first half marathon.

In Mallory's Words:
"I love how running can bring people together, but also affords us the opportunity to go out on our own and just clear the mind. I love knowing that whether I’m out on the roads alone or with a group of my Fleet Feet friends, the Syracuse running community is friendly and welcoming! I am so proud to be part of Fleet Feet training programs, especially No Boundaries! It is the program that helps to transition individuals into confident, educated and healthy runners!"
