Fleet Feet's half marathon training program is a complete 12-week training program that will help you complete a half marathon. This program will focus on gaining endurance to complete a half marathon and will include speed workouts specifically designed to help you run a personal best time. Our program includes coaching and support and we will maintain a ratio of one coach for no more than 15 participants. We will have a workout once a week at Long Branch Park and a Sunday long run. In addition to the two weekly group workouts, you will be expected to go out at least twice a week on your own. The program fee is $175 and in addition to the coached program includes entry into a half marathon event and a team tech shirt to wear on race day.
