Fleet Feet Sports Training has helped thousands of people reach their fitness goals since our first Begin to Run program in 2008. Runners, walkers and triathletes across CNY have joined the movement and become part of our training team. We offer programs for anyone, whether your goal is to qualify for the Boston Marathon or to finish your first 5K. 

The programs we offer are led by experienced and professional coaches, side by side with the support of volunteer mentors that keep participants both motivated and accountable. There is a place for everyone, no matter what your fitness level is or what pace you run. The training is structured and specified to our participants and provides a detailed road map towards your goals. Let us help you make those dreams become reality!

5K/10K Training (Personal Best) More Info »

Program Schedule: Saturdays at 8:30am
Goal Race: Paige's Butterfly Run
Program Fee: $49 for 5 sessions OR $89 for 10 sessions
Description: Personal Best is an intermediate program designed for runners who are able to complete a 5K and want to work on their speed, efficiency, and overall endurance. This program is perfect for anyone that wants to take the next step in their training but are not yet ready for longer distances. Many graduates of the No Boundaries program have moved on to Personal Best with great success. Our workouts include interval training, fartlek (speed play) runs, and hill repeats. All paces are welcome to attend because this program is about yourPersonal Best - no one else's! Participants will receive a training plan, various tips and information, and the guidance of experienced coaches.

Program Start: December 7th, 2015
Program Schedule: Monday evenings @ 5:45 p.m.
Program Fee: $49 for 5 sessions OR $89 for 10 sessions
Description: FFXT is a strength and conditioning class designed to develop participants’ physical strength as well as cardiovascular fitness. It is not a running program although each workout will include drills that involve relay or ladder sprints, short hill repeats and/or brief bouts of running. FFXT is appropriate for runners, triathletes, and other active individuals looking to add a new element to their routine. A weekly strength and conditioning workout will help you to get stronger and leaner, and it adds diversity to your training. Each session will last 45-60 minutes and will include warm-up, cool-down, group strength exercises, and conditioning drills. Previous resistance training is helpful but not necessary.

No Boundaries - Syracuse More Info »

Program Start: March 26th OR March 28th
Program Schedule: Saturday mornings at 8:30 (Green Lakes) OR Monday evenings at 5:45 (OLP)
Goal Race: Paige's Butterfly Run
Program Fee: $89 for 10 sessions and team tech shirt
Description: The No Boundaries program is designed for those with little to no running experience who would like to complete their first 5K road race. We also have a group for those who have already completed No Boundaries in the past and are a little more advanced. It is a ten-week, coached training program that includes a weekly group run. In addition to the group run, you will be expected to go out twice a week on your own. You will start out with a combination of walking and running, with most participants being able to run the full 5K race distance at the end of ten weeks. All participants will receive a team t-shirt. In 2014 over 600 people successfully completed the program.
