Fleet Feet Sports Training offers three training program tracks. Click on the links below to learn more about each option.
This program is designed for the beginning runner and will help guide you to your first 5K. Ten week sessions begin throughout the year in multiple locations around the Syracuse area.
Members of the Running Plus group have access to comprehensive calendar of training classes that will help you prepare for everything from 5K to marathon. With classes offered daily, usually multiple classes per day, there are sure to be options to fit your schedule. In addition to long runs, speed work and easier runs, the Running Plus calendar will also include other options throughout the year, such as functional fitness, trail runs, spin classes, yoga and more.
Members of the Triathlon group have access to coached triathlon training throughout the year and also get access to the Running Plus track.
