All training runs are based from Green Lakes State Park
Instructions at 7:25AM, run begins at 7:30AM
Pace Groups of 7:30 min./per mile, 8 min./per mile, 9 min. per mile and 10 min./per mile
Energy Drink and Water will be provided every 3-4 miles.
Runners are encouraged to bring, bottles,fuel belts or other hydration systems to utilize between stops.
Runners do not have to run the entire run each week and add or subtract distance to meet individual programs
