Workout Focus: Solo-Selfie Contest

Coach's Notes: Motivation can be LOW on a rainy Sunday. So we just want to see you move, whether that's a Sunday long-run, a walk, a quick HIIT workout or just getting some steps in as you cross-off chores around the house. We only ask that your RUN RESPONSIBLY & follow social distance protocols.
How do you move? Whatever that means to you. On a sleepy Sunday when energy could be low, sometimes it’s just about getting a little movement in to keep the streak alive. You can pick from one of our previous daily workouts or make up your own.
For some extra motivation we'll be picking THREE winners to receive a $25 Fleet Feet Syracuse gift certificate.
At any point today (3/29), take a photo during your run/walk/workout.

We miss our running/walking groups and training buddies. So while we maintain a safe social distance, our Fleet Feet coaches are working together to provide free daily workouts to the #3run5 community. This group is open to runners and walkers of all abilities!
