Workout Focus: Beginner/Easy
Est. Time: 30 minutes
Coach Mallory's Notes: Get out & move! ....with those in your household ...or a responsible distance away from others :)
5 minute walk - Loosen up, shake off the anxiety, and take a breath of fresh air.
20 minute walk - Focus on getting your heart rate up, move your arms, and stay at the edge of challenging, while avoiding a pace that seems too easy. Keep your breathing in mind with full, deep breaths that will quicken as you push your pace.
5 minute walk - Shake out again, slow your pace, and breathe.
