This fun, "mystery run" workout transforms a neighborhood block or short out-and-back running route into a fun adventure run to get your heart rate up and legs burning.
Workout Focus: Fun run, cross-training
Est. Time: 20 minutes
Coach's Tip: If your lap is too short and you cannot complete it plus the exercises, add 30 seconds to your time.
